What this means (Simply)

The funds donated to the Exponential Foundation are considered tax free for the Foundation to use in pursue of it's mission.

The funds donated by any entity (non-profit, for-profit, individual, users) qualify as tax deductible expenses which benefit donors at tax time in the USA.
